Matt Gembe was great. He arrived on time and was very nice and courteous and did a great job and quickly. He called ahead and arrived right on time and did a very through inspection of our furnace system. When he was done he went over what he found in our system with pictures; while explaining each find in detail. We were very happy with his knowledge and attention to detail. Thank you.
Connor was a terrific service tech and a great representation of HL Bowman. He was on time, polite and very thorough in explaining what he found during the checkup of my HVAC. He was knowledgeable and also took time to explain options I had for some needed repairs. He checked on warranty with manufact. and provided written estimates with pictures. Hands down HL Bowman is a really professional firm with wonderful employees especially Connor!.
Service was excellent. The tech Bill Green quickly located the issue and came back the next day to fix. Good communication throughout. I've Bowman for a few different issues and have never had a problem.
