We hired this scaffolding company and while the job was completed, we later discovered that the required permit sign-off was never finalized. Despite multiple attempts to get clarification, we received little to no response. There were also concerning inconsistencies in the company name used across proposals and insurance documents. Overall, the lack of communication and compliance follow-through is very disappointing and raises serious concerns about their professionalism.
