Very rude and unprofessional. Did not listen to anything I said. Did not keep me updated. Did not explain anything to me. Took liberties with my case. Misrepresented me and made the problem worse. Assumed I did not know any better. Referred me to an attorney she knew. Sent me lackadaisical emails in which she did not take my case seriously. Left a threatening message on my voicemail when I did not like the attorney she never should have referred me to. And I have serious doubts she even bothered to work on my case.
