I appreciate the help I received from the receptionist during my brief conversation, it seems like a common experience for many lawyers when dealing with a big corporation as I work for it can be intimidating but cases have prevailed against them. They did offer some recommendations for attorney I could reach out to, but I think I will pass on those suggestions. instead, I chose to touch base with my probate attorney, who I trust, to see if he guides me to someone who would be willing to take on my case.
Not Impressed with the quality of service Called this morning to make a appointment to consult with a attorney. Never got past the receptionist she decided to become argumentative over me not wanting to communicate through email. This was even after I gave her my email address and said I prefer not to communicate in that manner though she continued to escalate the conversation and become more and more rude. What a pleasant experience from start to finish. Communication was amazing and consistent. I really appreciated the transparency of giving advice from an empathetic perspective on what was best for me and not what would make the firm the most money. Highly recommend.

I had a consultation with Dana Sniegocki recently and communicated with a case manager there named Rex Martinez before and after. Rex was so helpful answering my questions and setting up the meeting, I would get a response to my emails super fast and he was always patient and kind.
