My daughter arranged a test drive when she got there they had gone home the second time she was told the valeter would be there, she started to go as arranged, she got a call 10 minutes later saying they'd sold the car.
Edit: After further comms back and forth HKM agreed to take the car back; they have resolved everything I asked for and it now runs as I'd have expected. Obviously took longer than I'd have liked, but this was due to a lack of available courtesy car, which just wasn't made clear to me at first. So I'm happy to edit this review to account for that, thanks for fixing the car.
Couldn’t be happier with the sales and service went above and beyond when selling me my new car looked after me from start to finish and I’ve already recommended to a few people that I know their services
Avoid, avoid, avoid. As previously stated, the 'service' and MOT are not worth the paper they are written on. Within a month of buying our car we took it to a reputable garage for a 'check over'. Required a full service and flagged up several MOT advisories, including faulty brakes. Car has since broken down several times and upon returning it under warranty i havent seen it since.
