We spoke on the phone about the issue, and I sent photos of the toilet cistern. He said he would order the valve and call me. He never did, and stopped replying to my messages, ignored my call and voicemail. There is another similar review on Check A Trade. He wasted a week of my time giving him the benefit of the doubt when I could have been in contact with a reputable/responsive business.

First rate installation of new kitchen sink and taps. Graham arrived exactly on the day and time he said he would. Excellently installed new sink and taps despite it being a tricky replacement. Very clean working practice and great person to have around.
