I went in for a simple oil change, and when I left, my engine was making an unusually loud noise. I checked under the hood and discovered they had left the oil cap loose inside the engine bay. I could have driven all the way to Pennsylvania like that, and if I hadn’t caught it, I’d be facing over $5,000 in engine damage from leaking oil. When I returned to tell them, all they did was a quick wipe and a half-hearted apology. This is completely unacceptable. I will never trust this place again

You get what you pay for. Prices are very reasonable, but the quality just isn't there. This shop misdiagnosed my issue and threw a parts cannon at it. The issue ultimately never got got fixed. The communications are lacking - they won't call you when the vehicle gets done, they won't answer the phone or respond to texts. They will likely leave grease stains and food crumbs inside your car. Beware this guy will mess your car up and also always drunk left screws out had my car 2 days which was a total waste of my time grease stains on my door and floor…if your looking for a cheap mechanic that doesn’t care about your car or his reputation look no further 😁
