Our backyard stairs were getting quite soft and not likely to survive another winter. Hayce came down herself to help with the quote and gave us several options including the new granite stairs we chose to upgrade the house. Hayce was with us for the entire process, even with making sure the custom railing was to our liking. The stone veneer they used even match our retaining wall. We're very happy with the finished product and will definitely be calling HKF again for future projects.
I had the pleasure of working with Hayce and HKF construction on a bathroom remodel. I had hired tile installers separately and needed a contractor to take care of all the finishing details (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry). Hayce was amazing throughout the process. She conducted a site visit and provided an estimate within two days. I hired Hayce and her team to rebuild a two-story back deck for me and was very happy with the result. Hayce was very quick to respond to my emails throughout the process, including sending her team over on short notice to move materials that Home Depot had dropped off in an inconvenient location. Very solid work that stayed on budget, with very professional communication throughout.
