I hired Hayce and her team to rebuild a two-story back deck for me and was very happy with the result. Hayce was very quick to respond to my emails throughout the process, including sending her team over on short notice to move materials that Home Depot had dropped off in an inconvenient location. Very solid work that stayed on budget, with very professional communication throughout.
Hayce and HKF Construction worked with us to demolish a partial wall in our master bedroom and split the existing room into two full bedrooms. We also had them patch up a closet in a separate area of the house, which was a much smaller job they completed alongside the main project. We hired Hayce to add a backdoor to our house, which required moving an internal load-bearing wall; to straighten some stairs that led to a newly finished, dormered former attic space; to replace most of the windows on our first floor; and to build a landing and patio space.
