I want to start by saying that the owner, Hayce, is very responsible, punctual, easy to communicate, and did her absolute best to accommodate our scheduling and needs. She always try to keep the job site as clean as possible which we really appreciate. However, the crew she hired for the actual labor were disappointed. First, they framed a new false wall without proper leveling. We had a seamless experience working with HKF Construction to improve the insulation inside our bathroom wall and help protect the pipes from freezing. Throughout the process, Hayce was very professional and friendly, and we felt the estimates were very reasonable. Her team completed the job in just one day—removing the bathroom fixtures, opening the wall, adding insulation, and then restoring everything afterward.
