Extremely happy with our Hikvision security camera installation done by HKD! The team did a fantastic job — the cameras are mounted neatly and professionally, whether it's the dome cameras tucked into the ceiling corners or the bullet camera on the exterior wall. I had a great experience with HKD CCTV and their installation team. The service was excellent from start to finish. The technicians were highly professional and paid great attention to detail. All the cabling was done neatly with concealed wiring wherever possible, which made everything look very clean and tidy. In areas like the metal roof where concealed wiring wasn’t feasible, they used proper conduits to ensure the installation was still well-organized and protected. Purchased a full CCTV system and the overall experience was great. Cameras have solid build quality, clear resolution, and good night performance. The team knows what they’re doing—gave practical advice based on the site instead of overselling. Installation and setup were straightforward, and the system has been stable with no issues. Happy with the result and would use them again.
I would not recommend this company. Have you ever thought of the CCTV cameras (8MP) you ordered and paid for are not the ones being installed? The team came to install CCTV for my house and luckily I found out the models installed is a 6MP instead. I rang the office and they explained the camera boxes are the same and they must have taken the wrong ones. When they come the next day to install the right cameras, the boxes are different in size and clearly state 8MP or 6MP. To be honest I have never thought of checking this my... read more
