I purchased an OUTBOUND tent and it was the worst camping product I ever bought. First rain it rained thru the textile, the tent was full of water. Also the poles break like glass. When I've contacted the company, they said that was not covered by the 1 year warranty and didn't fulfill their commitment. If textile and poles are not under warranty... I wonder what else is. NEVER BUY HKD GLOBAL PRODUCTS
RecommendedI have used there Cumberland II tent for at least 5 years .. 4-5 times a year.. Been through Hot, cold, freezing, extreme wind, etc and until this past weekend has always been up to the challenge .. for the price point, I don't think you could ask for anything better..
If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. They do NOT help you at all. We purchased a tent through Kmart. The store eventually closed down and once Summer came around we drove 2 hours to go camping. Upon opening our $300 tent bag and digging in to put it up, we had NO POLES. NOT ONE. we’ve been given the run around. Called the number was connected with another company who helped us and told us parts were on back order. Waited to hear back. I have used them for YEARS. never any problems. Always found the parts I needed to order and never waoted long
The only problem I had was when you call in you have to leave your name and numbers and hope they do not call back at an inconvenient time. I called in gave them the model and part numbers my name and phone number. When they called back I gave the card number and 6 days later, because of the weekend, I had what I needed for the weekend camping. Thank you very much

Purchased a Northwest Territory tent Eagle River at a great price. On our third time camping one of the fiberglass poles fractured. I called the number from the directions, left all required information and within an hour received a call back from Christina who handled the issue very well. Thanks so much. We love our tent!!
They are a huge rip off i can not contact them and my tent has a wrong piece on it so i cant use it
