Something is always going wrong. The portal never works when you need it to. Just a lot of confusion there about who does what and how.

Don’t work for this agency!! Their health benefits are the worse benefits I’ve ever had. Their 401k doesn’t match a cent. Their communication is awful. Just avoid this place at all cost. They could care less about you.
Terrible experience. I applied to a job within HKA. Interviewed twice with them. One with the IT manager and another one with the IT manager, the lead HR rep, and the CIO of the company. Everything was going great until it wasn't. They ghosted me. It has been several months. No phone call, no email, no text, nothing in the mail.
