Positives - very nice person friendly - arrives on time - shutters look good as they should Negative - way too expensive got my shutter but got my doors elsewhere due to cost - one man show so all reliant on one person - hard to get things changed or altered due to time constraints What I’ve learnt just make sure u shop around it’s worth it in the end for a bit of work

Arma shutter is better
Hong was fantastic. Great communication, arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything so clearly and his charge was extremely reasonable. We are very happy. Such a lovely man.
Stay away from HK Shutters if you’re looking for roller shutters. The product quality and service have been awful. We’ve had issues almost every second day, and it hasn’t even been a year since installation. That’s completely unacceptable for something that’s meant to last for years. On top of that, the electrical work is terrible. The shutters are causing power trips in parts of our house, which is both dangerous and infuriating.
