Hong provided excellent service and a very good product at a competitive price. He spent a lot of time answering my questions, got the job done quickly and stayed late to ensure everything was working perfectly.

Called heaps of shutter repair companies. None of them would help me. They complained that my shutters were too high up. Then I called Hong, booked me in straight away, turned up when he said he would, happily fixed my shutters, no complaints about height. I live in Niddrie and he travelled all the way from Flinders to fix my shutters on the day. Great price too!!! Thanks Hong, now I got my view back.
I have 2 houses had been done with Hong. Very happy with his service. Reasonable price with professional working attitude. Even we got some questions later on he is always happy to answer and tried to come over whenever he passed my area. I recommended him to my friends and they are all very happy. Definitely come back to him if we change to bigger house later.
