Although I was unable to make a purchase, because I am based in the UK, my query to HKParts was dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Their website is well constructed, easy to navigate, and appears to have everything I could want. If you're a shooter looking to repair, upgrade, or customise your gun I am sure you will find something of interest at a great price point on this site.
They sent me the wrong part and then charged me a 20% restocking fee to return it! A restocking fee?? Are we still in the 80s? Do you print your orders on a dot matrix printer and then fax them to the warehouse? They sent the wrong thing and then charged me to fix the issue. Not someone I want to do business with again.

I don't even know where to start. Other than having the sickest products out there, HkParts.net has always been there for me since day 1. I had this question before ordering a product couple months ago, decided to ask through Insta. I wasn't expecting an answer as per the usual companies who would take 3-4 'work days' to get back to you and probably not fix the issue.
