Took my watch today to H&K, because my attempt at a battery replacement didn't go well. They put my watch back together, politely showed me where I went wrong, and only charged me $11.00. Good deal!

I went here for a missing diamond in the band of my engagement ring. Mauricio fixed the prongs for me. When I got home and noticed a couple of issues from what ended up being the polishing gel, I called him back. He told me to bring it back and he would clean and polish it free of charge. He cleaned my ring and polished it in front of my fiancé and I to assure us it was completely fixed and back to shiny, mint condition. He ultimately turned a not-so-great experience into making a client for life.
