We have used HK Cleaning on a number of occasions and they have done a great job. We used them for post construction clean, house moving cleaning and general house cleaning. They are reliable, prompt and do a great job, I highly recommend them.
Their staff are not properly trained or supervised. I booked a deep clean but did not get that. All the spots they supposedly deep cleaned where grimy when they left. My husband had to go over appliances that they did. They came late and left early. I estimate that I over paid because of it by half an hour. They were extremely slow getting the work done. My shower was not done. When I asked them to do it. One of them ran upstairs and came right back announcing that it was done. It was not. Covid protocol was nonexistent.
