Tip is optional, but not here. I felt borderline harassed into leaving a 20 percent tip before the service even began. The front desk attendant seemed more concerned about how much I was going to tip than anything else, which felt very unprofessional. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I completely support tipping and I always do. I really wasn’t sure what to expect… on a rainy Sunday my daughter made reservations for us to have spa package at this little salon- I probaly would have walked past it - WHAT A GEM!!! I got a scalp massage and facial and both were amazing! So relaxing! I woke up the next morning with silky smooth hair, and my skin felt so good, would definitely recommend this to anyone who has been wanting to try a scalp massage or facial!
