H&K gave me the best scalp massage I’ve ever had! Their staff is SO sweet and the facility is gorgeous and super clean!
Tip is optional, but not here. I felt borderline harassed into leaving a 20 percent tip before the service even began. The front desk attendant seemed more concerned about how much I was going to tip than anything else, which felt very unprofessional. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I completely support tipping and I always do. I really wasn’t sure what to expect… on a rainy Sunday my daughter made reservations for us to have spa package at this little salon- I probaly would have walked past it - WHAT A GEM!!!
