Wonderful experience! The front desk staff, the MA and the check out staff were all very polite and sweet. And Dr. Norma was so pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. No excessive waits. And Dr. Norma was able to perform both a cryo procedure and a small biopsy/excision at this first visit! Thank you to everyone in this office for making it so pleasant from start to finish!
I came to see Dr Norma to get a cosmetic mole removal. She didn't frighten me and tell me I am going to have an ugly scar and should keep it or go see a plastic surgeon. Instead, she was very warm, comforting, and confident I would be happy with her results. I went ahead and let her do the procedure, and a week later I am very happy with the results! It's healing very well. Dr Norma is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable.
