Dr. Klein is excellent!
I’m in my 70s and went to HK Dermatology for my first ever screening. The staff is amazing and caring. On a very careful and complete exam Elena, found 4 possible cancer spots and tested them finding three were cancer. All on my face near my eyes and nose. They scheduled me over three successive weeks fixing one a week. The staff was great, caring and patient with me. Dr. Spanogle made me comfortable and explained everything in great detail. I have been to many dermatologists over the years and have had countless skin biopsies, Mohs surgeries, and other treatments. Dr. Norma is by far the best doctor I’ve seen. She is professional, patient, and thorough. She is willing to take a conservative approach when requested, but I also trust her judgment when she feels a more aggressive treatment is necessary. I don’t typically leave reviews but unfortunately I had a very negative experience with HK Dermatology. I called in and spoke with Nancy at their front office about scheduling my father for a routine skin check (he has a history of skin cancer) and that we’d be paying out of pocket because he doesn’t have health insurance. She quoted me $150 for the appointment, with additional costs for any biopsy tests and pathology.
