Took my car to fix the air conditioning. Diagnostic check was carried out and I was told that there was a leak at the bottom of the condenser. Was informed that they would source and price the part required. Nothing heard for two days so I called back . Was then just told then that they couldn't do anything for me and to take it to a Lexus dealer. I looked online and could find two complete condensers at £128 and £158 so no idea why they would not carry out the job. Not very impressive customer relations and certainly wouldn... read more
