I had such a great experience with her! She was very gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My hair felt so clean, soft, and refreshed after the wash. She really takes her time and pays attention to detail, which I truly appreciate. On top of that, she has a warm and friendly personality that makes the whole experience even better.
