First time coming to this location. I made an appointment with Dan for me and my 2 sons. I got the haircut first to make sure everything would go well. I told Dan about how I wanted the haircut. The instructions were not followed. During the haircut I reminded him of not cutting the sides at the top too much, but he continued cutting more hair in two different occasions even after I reminded him.
