Rikki put the most attention to detail to my hair like ever. She gave me what is probably the best haircut I’ve ever had and made me feel super super comfortable to ask for little things changed or re-cut. She’s a girls girl. Will be booking again!

Went to Celena. Wanted a lighter brown hair. Left with the exact same color brown I came in with and splotchy bleached patches. They bleached patches of my hair and then dyed it the exact same brown, but couldn’t even cover all of the bleached areas. They would not refund me and now have to have someone else dye it darker than what I came in with. I didn’t even get a hair cut, so I paid $300 dollars to have my hair ruined with bleach and leave darker than I came in. Horrendous.

When you walk in the space is very pretty and they offer you a drink but that's about it. My wife came in for extensions. We drove 2 hours for just a consultation. A different stylist told us she didn't install them but could color match them. We felt it was necessary to find a stylist here that could install since that was the main goal. It cost $800+ not including a $100+ tip but that was to be expected. She had the extensions and her hair toned to match but it didn't last long. This was my first time at Hjem, and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. I had the privilege of having Rikki as my stylist and she did a phenomenal job. She put in the time to listen to my concerns regarding my hair in order to learn more about my wants and needs. She triple checked that her work was perfect before I left. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Celena. She is truly a hair pro. From the moment I sit in her chair, she makes me feel completely comfortable and heard. She always takes the time to talk through what I’m envisioning and gives honest, thoughtful suggestions about what would look best on me. Celena has an incredible eye for color.
