Ordered a visor & replacement cheek pads within 20 minutes I was contacted by Robert. He noticed I ordered the wrong padding for my helmet the items didn’t align with each other and wanted to make sure my order was correct. He educated me and I ordered the right item. Thank you so much Robert! You’re the man. Most companies wouldn’t care and you’d have to do a whole return process etc. Which can be annoying and delay the thing you need. Again, Thank you!!! Saved me the headache.

Great helmets. But need to work on the customer service. I call the other day to try and find a chin curtain and tells me to look for one from a dealer online. It's 2025, that was the first thing I did, but EVERYONE seems to be out of stock on it. Last resort, call the manufacturer right? Wrong. They do not sell parts from manufacturer! Blows my mind. Seriously thinking about finding another helmet that's easier to get parts for.
I went to get my helmet fixed and man. I couldn't have asked for better help. Robert went above and beyond for me and did it all in a few minutes. I hope that someone else gets as lucky as I did. Thanks for all the help. Definitely a happy customer
