Visit was absolutely horrible! Staff's disposition was just awful. No sanitizer in the office. The doctor was extraordinarily nonchalant about a small, hardened mass in my mouth that I was petrified about. He actually told me that everyone has them, which is utterly ridiculous. He had t audacity to tell me to stop sticking my hands in my mouth, which isn't even the way I discovered the mass. It was with my tongue. He didnt even palpate the area. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and I was able to have general anesthesia right in the office. That was important to me because I am not comfortable getting dental work done. I had a beautiful result.
Dr. Hal Richman is an excellent oral surgeon. I had several implants done over a period of approximately two years, and had a beautiful result. He has gentle hands and his chair-side demeanor was comforting. His staff treated me with great care and the follow-up instructions were helpful. Dr. Richman was kind enough to call me after my implant surgeries to follow-up and make sure that I was ok. I've never known any other doctor to do that! I highly recommend him if you need a competent oral surgeon.
