We used Jeff for a new construction project. Jeff is a one stop shop. He does all planning, permitting, site work and the actual construction of the home. Please see attached photos. We are very pleased.
We contracted with HJ Design for a full house remodel and it was a quite large and expensive job. We fully trusted them for high quality work and professionalism based on the reviews. Shortly after we signed the contract, we learned that the Contractor didn't actually have time to take on the job. HJ Design Build completed our home renovation in March 2022. I had a vision of what I wanted and Jeff came out and gave me some ideas that I wholeheartedly loved. I worked out a design with him to remove the kitchen and laundry room, which included a garage door, add a brand new kitchen, laundry/utility room, butler's pantry and a half bath in a newly configured space giving us much more practical use.
