Worst customer service ever, Henry the owner is extremely rude and does a terrible job. When we asked him to make and install a few screens at our place, the screens arrived at our place with various scratches and Henry refused to fix them... I would not recommend this business to anyone!
Really happy with our screens. We live in an older home & changing all windows was not an option for us at the moment so these screens are a life saver. They measured our windows & installed within a week. The pricing is ready affordable too. I would definitely recommend.
Absolutely horrible experience and that was just on the phone! I called to get pricing for one window screen and when I asked for some direction on to confirm the measurements and pricing they guy hung up on me. I tried to call back thinking ‘maybe we got disconnected’ but he didn’t answer and the voicemail isn’t setup. If this is how they handle new business leads/calls/potential new customers I would say DO NOT USE this company and if you do, buyer beware!
They marked up really high and do it really bad jobs. My dad bought his own screens for repair. They charge him full new screen price. After he bought back the screen., I notice the springs and corner of the screen r broken. And the owner there is very rude. Will never recommend friends to go there. 態度差，收得貴，拿回來之後還發現有紗窗的彈簧和角是壞的。而且老闆態度很差。以後都不會去也不會建議朋友去。
