Be advised!!! Had an appointment for today, and before I could get in the door good the young lady who met me at the door told me that I had a balance that needed to be paid before service, due to her forgetting to charge people, and people walking out without paying. Thought it was kind of odd, and for me offensive. I had been there a few times before, my son and I, and had no issue. This place was very disappointing! I took my husband there for his birthday, and if I hadn’t already paid a deposit, we would have left. From the moment we arrived, the presentation and professionalism were lacking. I had to ring the doorbell just to get inside, and all of their appointments were written down in a yellow notebook. They also ask you to arrive 15 minutes early, yet the massage therapist was late. The room was extremely small — my husband said his feet were touching the wall. I scheduled a facial, manicure & pedicure for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved the services that he received! He said he'd definitely be back and plans to share his experience with family & friends.
