Just spoke to Tom and asked for a check for a Credit Memo from 2024. Grant it the check was for a small amount but our company was sold and I was looking to get the money back that Hixson clearly owed us. He complained that we were even having a conversation regarding getting a refund. I'm sure if the tables were turned Tom would not have the same attitude looking to get a refund from his suppliers. Horrible company to work for! Low pay for a company that claims to work for the military, employees are rude they don’t care about showing you how to do things. Was hired worked for a week and never once did I meet the supervisor/manger. I was in a group, group leader didn’t like teaching you to do the job and would get annoyed when asked for verification on the work.
