My Aunty has been cared for extremely well at Hixon, all the staff are extremely supportive, patient and caring.
Our mother was at Hixson Gardens Bankstown due to her condition. Myself and the family found Hixson Gardens facility to be great and all the staff there were so caring and very supportive. We want to thank Ms. Swastika, Helen Grace and all the team members at Hixson Gardens Bankstown.
We would love to acknowledge the wonderful staff and management at the Bankstown Facility of Hixson Gardens for their continuous care of our mum Leyla Abboud. They have shown us nothing short of kindeness, love and support for the past 3 years and we are delighted to see how happy and well looked after she is. My grandmother was treated with no dignity, no care, and no respect. The staff were cold, careless, and money-hungry. She deserved compassion — not neglect. We believe their lack of proper care contributed to her death. We are pursuing a formal complaint and legal action. Do not trust your loved ones here.
I strongly advise against putting your loved ones in here not even for an animal. The staff are absolutely appalling. There’s zero care, compassion, or professionalism. It’s clear they’re only in it for the money. Don’t fall for their tricks — patients are treated poorly, and no one seems happy or genuinely cared for. Avoid at all costs.
