When I walk in, I don't even have to say my name anymore. They know who I am because they care enough to remember me. When a medicine is not in stock or on back-order, they deliver it to my house!
Customer service way above and beyond!!! When my regular pharmacy couldn't do anything for me they transferred my script to Hixon. I don't know the name of the lady that helped us but she did everything to help us without hesitation and even without my knowledge there was a problem. She fixed it and saved me a ton of money!!! Thank you so much we will be back.
