We had laminate flooring installed in our kitchen and carpet throughout the house. The laminate at the seam is separating and is so bad we are tripping over it. Every single room, hallway and staircase has carpet that needs to be restretched. The carpet isn't even four years old! They came out and agreed that the kitchen floor and the carpet throughout looked terrible and was going to fix it for free. They promised time and time again to come out and we never saw them. Business owner more concerned about golf than customer. Promises the best price, but the vinyl was poorly installed, and had to be replaced. We ultimately paid the same as we would have with the national home improvement company. He makes a selling points that he uses and knows his installers for years, but distances himself if customer is not satisfied with the work. Our installation dragged out over 7 months.
