Hixon plumbing is professional, communicative, timely, and well mannered. Fair pricing for a service call on short notice. Jeremy, the service technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding, and did an excellent job resolving my issue. Don't let their lack of internet presence deter you from giving them a try, they are a small, family operated business.
We had an issue with our water heater installed in November. Jeremy came out and replaced the rod. No more issues. Thank you Jeremy.
