Hixon Pool repair took on a big, difficult job to empty and clean out my pool and then refill it. Mr. Clifford Hixon overcame every obstacle and demonstrated extensive knowledge he has accumulated over 40 years of experience in trouble-shooting the problems as they occurred. Mr. Hixon was very reasonable on price and even found ways to save me money. His staff were hard working and pleasant. In fact, I was amazed at how his workers would work for hours on hot days.

I paid 14,000 for my pool to be renovated the job took 3 months and a mess he ruined my pool pavers poured cement into our lake boat broke pool light pool pump Broken water valve into my home Still billed me for for the 3 months that my pool was empty for pool service his wife never returned calls He took advantage of me while I was grieving and I trusted him Shame on him and what he does This isn’t the first time

Hixon Pools recently finished a rebuild of our condo commercial pool. Mr Hixon was the only vendor to correctly identify the issues we were having. The rebuild included both the interior and the equipment. Any of the delays we experienced were all due to the city permit and inspections, not any delay from vendor. Our pool looks beautiful and is running great!

If I do not get back all of my money from the credit card dispute, I will sue this man and make a formal complaint with the BBB. The most likely reason why everything is in the owner's wife's name is because he was already sued and has massive liens against him. Please check the owners name in the public records. We were charged 15k to have a leak fixed in our pool, diamond brite on floor of pool and new tile installed. The leak was never fixed and we were losing a foot of water every other day.
