I was very displeased with they coming out to my home. Yes they were polite and professional but their only focus was to sell me a new unit for $5,000+. I told the mechanic not to even bother sending out the sales rep. I was not willing to spend that kind of money to replace a unit that's not even ten years old. The salesrep still came out the next day just to get turned around with a series of HECK NO's. Until they change the way they do business just call someone else. Thank you.
Would not recommend. Scheduled a two hour time frame for someone to come check out our heating system and rearranged my work schedule to be home during that time. No one showed up. When I called Hix to see what happened, no one even apologized for the inconvenience. Poor business skills.
