Absolutely horrible quality for the price. They don’t prime any of their large dryer units. The paint just flakes off. Our unit came in with a ton of damages, not as advertised & outdated with technology. Better options out there. Make sure you ask your vender if HIX is making the unit before purchase. If they do. I would recommend not purchasing.
ATTENTION! DO NOT BUY! Pizza press is J-U-N-K!!!! the heavy metal frame cracked and came apart, they said we didn't have the settings right, but yet there were NO, NONE, NADA, RIEN... directions on how to do the settings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were pressing dough, not rocks!! Own up to your shortcomings or don't sell junk!!
This place sucks. No one has any knowledge and work is done half assed. They lie to you making false promises. The workers steal tools from each other. The bosses act like they know nothing. Never enough parts or tools to build anything. Management sucks. So many OSHA violations........and the pay is lower than all other jobs.
Don’t purchase from this company!!!! 5 grand down the drain!!!! Stick with hatco etc.
