How do you go from the best customer service with Hiway to the absolute worst after the merge? I've had enough. After 37 years, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Absolute worst customer service by "Krista B" i believe is who it was, she had an attitude from the start them threw my id back at me and then when I asked her to print by balances for me because I needed a new card she decided to announce to the entire building how much money I have and made it extremely uncomfortable for me to be there, definitely will be changing financial institutions now!!!
