The team was very helpful and now I'm on the team
This is the place to put your finances! As a credit union, they are much better than any bank I have been to. They don't try to sell you a bunch of products you don't need like certain banks I have been to. Their interest rates are very competitive, they have free checking, their online banking is easy to use and well organized , and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
I originally signed up with Blaze when it was Spire. I think ive had the account for 20+ years. Spire was an amazing credit union, with amazing customer service, and an immediate response and care when a problem arose. This is not the case with Blaze. They now contract with Velera (take a look at their reviews 😱) and are virtually impossible to get ahold of, have no record of your calls/ your case if you have one, and have purposely long wait times (10 days) that are non-negotiable.
