Intending to buy a second-hand car we called up to inquire about any common issues with that model of vehicle. Nigel kindly gave us an extensive appraisal, including what to look out for. As a new customer, I was surprised how Nigel went above and beyond to help us. Having bought the car, then, Hiway Autos gave it a service and put it through the WOF - communication was on the ball, friendly and helpful. GREAT experience, thank you so much!
Awesome service! Guys were super friendly and helped us out when our car broke down. Same day fixed us up and we were on our way!
I don't know about their other services but don't come here for a wof. 1. It took all day and they didn't even bother to contact me to tell me they finished. I was waiting nearby from 10-4pm. 2. I failed the first time spent $1400 fixing things and missed the grace period. Went in the second time, failed because one part of the brake lights was flickering. I went to several places to try to fix it and was told the only way was to replace the entire light, and got asked why I failed since more than 75% of my brake lights are ... read more
Great bunch of guys/girls Will go the extra mile for there customers. I have had work finished on Saturday etc just to get my car back when I need It. Really appreciate this team
