Used this as 1 week storage for a pontoon boat for 1.5 weeks . Parking at local Air bnb s is spotty at best. Great people that run the place, very friendly and work with you.

Nice location
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in this area, I wouldn't rent from these people if they paid me to fill the open spot. Horrible customer service, all they want is your money, treat you like a number. I would recommend any other storage facility in a 50 mile radius before this location. Have rented spots for 8 years in the Bella Vista area. I am not the only customer that has been taken advantage of by the people that manage this location.
We love leaving our trailers here! They take care of us like family!
