The staff here are really great—they explain everything in thorough detail. The environment is nice, and there are routes for all skill levels. The only downside is that it’s a biiiiiit pricey, but otherwise, no complaints at all. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into bouldring!

Had such a great experience at The Hive Surrey today thanks to Rose (sorry if I got the naw wrong). He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right climbing shoes. He spent almost an hour walking me through the Drago, Instinct, and Solution Comp — explaining the fit, feel, and what each one is best for. You can tell he really loves what he does and takes pride in helping customers. Huge thanks to Rose for the awesome service!

4 months ago someone was complaining in the reviews about the lack of routes density in this gym - walls that usually held 4-5 routes were only holding 1-2.. the response to that review was that the gym was still in a "recovery mode after the Youth National Bouldering Competition" which was held in May.. it is now the end of October and it would appear the gym is still in "recovery mode".. this gym used to have a similar number of climbs as the one in Poco, around 90-100, and for the past 6 months or so it only had about 60.... read more
