Five stars for the gym, but six stars for Kyle! He helped me pick out new climbing shoes and his customer service was incredible. It is rare to find someone so knowledgeable about the technical side of climbing gear. He spent a lot of time helping me dial in the perfect fit, ensuring I didn't have to sacrifice performance for comfort during long sessions. It’s very rare to get this kind of personalized attention and genuine expertise. If you’re looking for gear advice, I highly recommend Kyle.
I love climbing On a real note everyone from the staff to the climbers are all always nice - I suppose that climbing generally puts you into a good mood. They change the climbs often. You'll find new climbs in certain sections less than weekly whilst still having enough time to project one for up to maybe 4 weeks? I've been climbing here on and off for years but I've finally decided to review this place. I came here today (02.15.2026) with my Japanese friend who was climbing for the first time. Layla helped us out and helped my friend with her orientation. She was very nice and took her time explaining things to her. Layla was overall very pleasant and lovely that I had to leave a review for this place.
