Hive Strata have been professional, reachable and courteous providing clear communication and updates over the last 2 years since moving into this strata when we've both needed to reach out for ourselves individually and collectively as an OC. The OC Zoom meetings are succinct and professional as is all email correspondence including resolutions, guidance, answers and welcome introductions of new staff members assigned to the team responsible for our strata. Great communication and support.

Bullying & threats by Hive Owner, IME. Too many concerns re Hive's egregious conduct to include here. i.e. Recent O.C. insurance renewal sum (based on questionable valuation) significantly less than 2022 valuation and a valuation from 8 years ago! Hive refuse to review even tho construction costs increased by 35% in past 3 yrs.
