Hive took over our owners corp from a complete idiot who left us in a mess.Hive have got our arrears up to date , accounts in order and got us back on track.Matt Amonis our manager.He is professional,courteous,knowledgeable,approachable and above all great at communication.Ive been on the committee for 20tears and Hive have been our best manager by far and highly recommend them should you be thinking of changing body corp managers.
Beware of Hive!!! Strata Communities Association (SCA) have issued Hive with a Letter of Warning for breaches of the SCA Code of Conduct. The SCA findings vindicates this review and demonstrates that Hive are dishonest in what they have said below. Highly recommend Hive - in particular, Andrea. In general, I haven't had (or heard) great experiences about body corps, but Hive is different - professional, transparent, responsive.
