Thank you for the overall great experience working with Hive Small Homes right from the beginning with James, the development of plans by Brad through to Luke who built the little house. Appreciated being listened to as we had extra requests as part of the build which were delivered with ease. Thank you to Luke and Danny for their excellent construction skills and attention to detail which is evident in the quality of finishes in every room of the little house. We had a great experience building our granny flat with Hive Small Homes. Great designs and customisable. Luke, our builder, was great to work with - communicative, on time, flexible and across everything. It’s been finished to a very high standard. Couldn’t have asked for more!
We built a tiny home within our property at Tingalpa in Brisbane with Hive recently, and couldnt be happier with the results. The consultation process gave us clarity and confidence we could do the build within our budget and timeframe from very early on. Carwyn's communication and workmanship were fantastic, we are so pleased with the care taken with our tiny build, the finishes and quality are great. Highly recommend Hive.
James has been nothing but helpful! So informative, clear with ideas and listening to what we are trying to achieve! Thank you James. Such a pleasure going back and forth with you.

His communication was excellent throughout the process, and we never felt rushed or pressured. We were looking at sites in the Brisbane South West region, and it was obvious James has a strong understanding of ... read more
