I try to get a True Movement session in at least once a week; the instructors are great and highly knowledgeable! The sessions create flexibility and range of motion to complement any other sports or weight lifting I do - and it helps create pants-shredding gains in your glutes and hamstrings!
I have been attending Hive Quarters since it opened last year and I cannot say enough about the quality of service. This studio is not just for your typical “athletes only” clientele but actually supports every ability! I leave each week feeling more whole and as though my body is back in balance. Strongly recommend giving this studio a try!
I am really excited about this class! Finally got to try it and I'm looking forward to all the bookings I have for this month. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. It's a really comfortable space with amazing equipment. The classes are small and welcoming. The class is low impact while still challenging and a great full-body workout. I like that you have to focus on the movements and engage in the workout. It's also kind of like a dance. I highly recommend!
So awesome, it’s not a “hard/intense” class like you get from HIIT or a cardio based class (and it’s not supposed to be) but its amazing. Took my daughter (12 yrs old) and son (14 yrs old) and they say it’s “similar, but way more fun then yoga”! I found that the slow controlled movements helped isolate muscles that may not be as strong and works them hard.
