I have no idea how HIVE has such good reviews - that has not been my experience at all as a property owner, and I feel like the bar is pretty low for a property management company. All they had to do was send me the same correct amount of money every month, and that did not happen for the majority of months over the one year lease. They are very professional and respond back to you. In a timely manner, the process did not even take long. They asked me when I wanted to move in. I received the application and was awarded the apartment. The location of the unit and the apartment are very great. There were no problems with management. I'll recommend too friends and family members.I had a great experience and we'll enjoy living here.
