We have only been working with Hive for a couple of short months, but we can confidently say they are great. From showing us the property, to taking care of small issues prior to move in, to move in date, everything has gone smoothly and communication has been timely and spot on.
I have no idea how HIVE has such good reviews - that has not been my experience at all as a property owner, and I feel like the bar is pretty low for a property management company. All they had to do was send me the same correct amount of money every month, and that did not happen for the majority of months over the one year lease. Oftentimes, it would take them days to weeks after the original transfer to send me the full amount owed, with significant amounts of communication required on my part to make that happen.
