List apartments that are not move in ready!!!! Is still accepting application fees which is $50!!! I was accepted and then 2 weeks before move in they called me and said the unit will not be ready in time. Sooooo I have to scramble to find a place to live in. They won’t refund application fee, so I’m out of $50 and somewhere to live.
Kent , Nate and their team are absolutely fantastic. They are prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! 10/10!
