The people are nice enough when you can actually reach them. It's very expensive for what it is and quite loud considering the amount of dogs. Our "brand new" bathroom is a strange texture that is extremely difficult to clean (floors and all) and is already chipping and cracking, despite only having been in use since July. Very drafty. Put in a request to get our closet door fixed over three months ago and have not heard back. Laundry machine eats your quarters half the time. Internet goes out almost daily. Nice new clean apartments. Tall ceilings and all new everything. Found it super clean. A bit pricey for an efficiency unit. Management seem a bit sketchy on appointments and couldn't find keys. Bathroom is completely sprayed with rubber. Good restaurant/bar down stairs.
Nice apartments...very clean and spacious
Since they've switch over to the management company called Buckingham Properties, the maintenance has completely stalled. The hallways are dirty, trash is picked up MAYBE once a week, maintenance requests go unresolved. Will not renew our lease this year.
