Haven't been in the store. But online they have misleading shipping times, and condescending customer service. Avoid this place.
I try to support small businesses vs chains like DWR, but it was a challenging and disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a Knoll table and after 9 months and 2 failed deliveries due to damaged or missing components and additional damage to my property from poor delivery service, I decided to cancel the order altogether.
