I feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experience as an employee at Hive, where individuals were terminated without any warning or opportunity for improvement. The company's practice of abrupt terminations without proper communication or support is not only highly unprofessional but also demonstrates a lack of respect for its employees. Jeff will appear like he cares about his employees and customers, do not fall for that is not true.
Premium prices, terrible customer services. Beware. I had Hive install my A/V and security system when I built the house. The really oversell and under-deliver. I had a problem with my cameras recently and had them come out to service them. They were supposed to come a time that we agreed, so I would be home. The service tech came out, did some work and I was charged $175. I was good with that, but the issues with the cameras not working at night was not corrected and camera angles were moved by technician so night vision wa... read more
RecommendedHive answered all questions and when it came time to install the tech's Scott and Roberto arrived on time and completed all nessassary work and walked myself and wife through operating set up and how to get the best performance from the use of each TV. Once they were finish they clean up each area they were in and left it spotless. I would definitely hired Hive in the future for any work that would needed to be done and adk for Scott & Roberto by name. Thanks Hive......
I met with Jeff with Hive back in January 2020. He designed an awesome plan for my living room, pool deck and a bonus room. We went with an 85, 75 and 60 inch Sony TVs in each of the areas along with in-ceiling speakers and sub-woofers for the full surround sound experience. They also synced my garage door and thermostats into their 5-Star Control4 integrated system. Great service very knowledgeable and polite
We called HIVE for a routine service call. Roberto arrived and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very informative with all our questions and concerns. I would gladly recommend Roberto and HIVE.

Christian did a great job... troubleshot our issues with our Control 4 system and gave us a great result... I will use them again!
