Hive is one of my favourite places to work out! The classes are fun and the instructors make it challenging. My favourite classes to go to are the rowing ones. Especially the 6am morning classes, it definitely gets me feeling on top of the world after (the waking up and getting ready is my least favourite )
Keeks was great! She made me feel welcome and encouraged me throughout the workout and recovery sessions. Her class was challenging and fun! Definitely highly recommend!
Great atmosphere with a challenging workout. I left wanting to come back and get stronger. It was also my first class i've taken without bringing a friend and I was a little bit nervous, but all was well and I will be returning alone and with a friend !
My husband and I just did the recovery room; cold plunge and sauna. Great experience! Kearstin was fantastic. Walked us through the whole experience and even offered to help us with breathing in the cold plunge. Everything was great! Would highly recommend.
I did personal training with Larissa for more than a year and my experience was amazing! Larissa always tailored workouts around injuries or things that didn’t work for me, and encouraged me to continually challenge myself. She was so supportive and fun to work with - I always looked forward to our sessions. I highly recommend Larissa and Hive’s personal training program - it’s a great value!
