My husband purchased the 10 class pass as a gift for my birthday this year. I went to activate these class passes at the beginning of August with the intent to use them starting immediately. Loves this place!
Conveniently located in the downtown area, lots of parking. They have classes everyday, nice studio, lots of work equipment, super clean. Very nice atmosphere, super inviting, the clases I've attended are mostly women. Good pricing.
The facility was clean. The workout was great. The machines (rowers) great. The cold towels at the end really add to the experience at the end. Our instructor was great. I did the 6am class on Friday. I feel like she was the first person to really give me instructions on a rower on technique and tips on form.
