Erick and Jay are a wonderful team!! from the front of the office to the back of the office they provide wonderful customer service. They hold no judgement which makes it easy to be open and honest.. Mr. Ferran is a true professional. I can testfy to this as a Pro Se litigant and opponent to Mr. Ferran. He has always promptly replied to my correspondence, and made every effort to represent his client's interests to the best of his ability. He and I may disagree on issues, and have competing perspectives, but he has definitely earned my respect for his attention to my requests.
