Not sure the people here understand what customer service means. It’s not just the poor quality of the work — it’s the attitude. Once they have your business, they act like you don’t exist. No accountability, no professionalism, no effort to make things right. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other shops that will treat you with basic respect and do a far better job.
