I stopped by Hittle’s to order funeral flowers. Everyone was so nice and offered helpful suggestions. They even texted me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery. Wonderful customer service. I would recommend Hittle’s for any floral need.
Ordered sympathy flowers today for colleague. Ordered online and shortly thereafter received a phone call from Hittle stating that they didn't have exactly the design I ordered and was I okay with substitutions. Who does that? I was shocked and AMAZED. Then they proceeded to send me a photo of the arrangement for my approval. Again, shocked and AMAZED! It was beautiful and your customer service was just outstanding. I ordered a prom bouquet for my bonus daughter who had specific requests. They ordered in the feathers and were sending me pics the night before while creating the perfect bouquet. My kiddo LOVED her custom bouquet! Billie and Hailey went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what she wanted! We will definitely use them for all our floral needs!
