I ordered flowers for an employee. They sent me a text with a picture, before they sent it out for delivery, asking if I wanted any changes. I thought that was a definite 5 star move. I actually did want a different color bow. They fixed it and sent me a text back with a picture of the adjustment. I was extremely happy with my experience with this company. I also ordered it for same day delivery, and once again I was delighted with their service!
It was a good experence
I ordered a last minute sympathy bouquet for a family who lost their beloved dog. I received a message in the morning with a photo of the bouquet and was allowed to make adjustments. They included an adorable paw print ribbon which gave it an extra special and personal touch. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

I stopped by Hittle’s to order funeral flowers. Everyone was so nice and offered helpful suggestions. They even texted me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery. Wonderful customer service. I would recommend Hittle’s for any floral need.
