WOW, from the ordering process to the customer service to delivery, Hittle Floral Design knocked this delivery and flowers out of the park. When choosing a florist, it can be interesting if you are from another state. I chose a good one! The Hittle team quickly confirmed my online order, which was very easy to place. I ordered flowers for an employee. They sent me a text with a picture, before they sent it out for delivery, asking if I wanted any changes. I thought that was a definite 5 star move. I actually did want a different color bow. They fixed it and sent me a text back with a picture of the adjustment. I was extremely happy with my experience with this company. I also ordered it for same day delivery, and once again I was delighted with their service!
It was a good experence
I ordered a last minute sympathy bouquet for a family who lost their beloved dog. I received a message in the morning with a photo of the bouquet and was allowed to make adjustments. They included an adorable paw print ribbon which gave it an extra special and personal touch. Amazing customer service. Thank you!
